Penta Centro de Análisis Clínicos is a company that operates in the private health sector, based in Altea (Alicante) and offers Reference Laboratory services and Special Tests, with the highest quality and guarantee.

Penta Centro de Análisis Clínicos has facilities specially designed for the specific tasks of the following areas:

Both the facilities and the physical layout of the laboratory, being newly built, have state-of-the-art structural equipment, which ensures efficient operation and complies with all the General Provisions of the Health Authorities.

Quality policy

At Penta Centro de Análisis Clínicos, the use of quality systems extends to all technical and organisational processes and to the care provided to the patient/client.

In addition to having automatic analysers, reagents and instruments of the highest technology and continuous training courses, the difference that characterises us lies in the application of a complete and rigorous Quality Management System and in the permanent incorporation of new requirements that bring us closer to our fundamental objective: Total Quality.

Quality is not a concept that is incorporated a posteriori in our company, but rather it is an initiative that was contemplated, from the beginning, in the principles of the correct integral management of the laboratory.
Patient/client care, personalised treatment, technical processes for carrying out analyses, taking or receiving samples, as well as administrative and logistical organisation, all comply with the Quality Management Standards in force.

The written procedures in our Quality Manual do not remain static, but are modified as indicated by parameter evaluations, surveys or other objective measurements that help to achieve continuous improvement of our processes.

The basic quality guidelines of Penta Centro de Análisis Clínicos have been developed strictly following the guidelines published by important Spanish and international scientific societies, in order to comply with the requirements of the most demanding Laboratory Certification and Accreditation Standards.
