Pre-analytical area
The process of extraction or receipt, identification and verification of samples is carried out systematically and following the specific routine that, in each case, is indicated in our Pre-analytical Manual.
Analytical area
It is based on a General Test Catalog with more than 1400 determinations in Hematology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Virology, Immunology, Parasitology and Molecular Diagnosis. Seeking more analytical specificity, a Catalog of Studies and Profiles has also been developed with more than 80 groups that respond to as many pathologies
Post-analytical area
Since our laboratory is equipped with the highest degree of automation in its instruments, we have great connectivity between all of them through a powerful computer application that manages the joint work of these resources. The Laboratory Management System provides traceability, security, agility, privacy and control to all processes involved in obtaining and managing results. This tool, in permanent updating, is integrated by modules that allow obtaining and verifying results, editing reports and generating statistical data of great value for medical follow-up. The final validation of each report is performed personally by the responsible technical professionals.
Logistics area
The extractions carried out in our facilities, as well as the collection of specimens sent to us from other laboratories, are subject to strict preservation controls. Penta Clinical Analysis Center provides its clients, at no additional charge, extraction kits, containers and/or special thermal conditioning units that ensure sample stability during transport to our laboratory.
