Quality Policy

At Penta Clinical Analysis Centre, the use of Quality Systems covers all technical and organizational processes, likewise patient/customer service.

In addition to automatic, reactive and instrumental analysers of the most advanced technology, and on-going training courses, what makes us stand out from the rest is the application of a complete rigorous Quality Management System with the on-going incorporation of requisites leading us to our essential target, i.e. Total Quality

Quality is not a concept incorporated in our company a posteriori but an initiative contemplated from the beginning in the principles of correct integral laboratory management.

Patient/customer service, personalized attention, technical processes for performing analysis, taking or receiving samples, likewise administrative organization and logistics, adjust to that established in the current Quality Management Standards.

The procedures set forth in our Quality Manual are not static but are amended as indicated by parameter assessments, surveys or other objective measures which aid on-going improvement of our processes.

The basic quality guidelines of Penta Clinical Analysis Centre , were developed strictly following the guides published by important Spanish and International Scientific Associations to comply with the requirements of the most demanding Laboratory Accreditation and Certification Standards.
